The RCMP program was one in which we at Maple Orchard Farms were very proud to be involved
with.
Basically the RCMP charged a royalty which was used to support community and goodwill projects. The RCMP licensed the use of their image for protection against slander and poor quality presentation. Through this program Canada was proud to present their Royal Canadian Mounted Police through various ways to the world.
In our home community of Bracebridge, Ontario, some of the revenue from the RCMP Program was used in drug abuse education.
A total of 60 Canadian communities benefited from funds generated by the RCMP Product Licensing Program.
